Mr. Streeper will contact AT&T to attempt to access the user ID & password for Decedent’s cell phone account and provide it to Counsel Cannon. Mr. Streeper is unsuccessful accessing Decedent’s AT&T account information, Counsel Cannon may file a motion for a court order to request Decedent’s AT&T account information.
