• The Trust confirm the Co-Trustees; however, David Harper is removed as Co-Trustee.
• Katherine McGrath is directed to sell the property without delay.
• The proceeds of the sale shall be placed in trust account of Taylor Jenkins.
• Upon sale of the property, Ms. McGrath is authorized to distribute all but $100,000.00, which includes $63,000.00.
• Recommendation/order to include Notice of In-Person Hearing (Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom “A”, 75 Court St, Reno, NV.)
. Harper to be provided with the Recommendation/Notice of Hearing.
