Electronic Filing Sign Up - New Accounts

Complete the Standard User Agreement and submit both pages to the court, either by email, mail, or in person.
Note: You must sign with an ink pen. Digital signatures are not accepted If you are unable to print the User Agreement, printed copies are available for free at the courthouse.

Create an eFlex username and password by visiting the eFlex site and clicking the "Request an Account" button.

***You must complete both steps above. You will not be approved for an eFlex account if you only complete one of the two required steps.***

Once the court receives your user agreement, the turnaround time is up to 3 business days for eFlex account approval.
